Skatepark De Griend is one of the best spots in Maastricht. Right by the River Meuse, it’s a spacious concrete plaza designed with streetskaters in mind. The layout features tight lines, varied elevations, and a solid mix of street-style obstacles: hubbas, quarterpipes, manual pads, euro gaps, kickers, a small handrail and flat rails.

There’s enough room to move even when it’s busy. Locals were involved in the design, so everything feels natural when you’re skating. Plus, the riverside location adds a unique vibe to every session. If you like ledge skating De Griend is definitely worth a visit.
